url_fetch_failed

Image URL fetch failed · HTTP 422

What it means

An image URL could not be fetched: not https, resolves to a private address, redirected to another host, took longer than 10 s, is larger than 15 MiB or is not an image.

What to do

Use a public https URL that serves the image directly, or upload the file.
